| 摘 要： | 校对工作是编辑加工工作的延续。校对工作的这一属性,加之减编增效等社会因素的影响,使得出版机构广泛采取编校合一、撤销校对专业机构等措施,这在一定程度上造成书刊质量下降。本文从功能性态、地位作用、历史溯源等方面分析校对的特性,指出校对工作是编辑加工工作的延续,既具有能动性又具有被动性,是书刊质量保障体系的最后一道防线,是一项神圣的工作。校对专业机构建制独立,不仅必要,而且紧迫。

| Abstract: | To reduce staffs and increase the cost-effectiveness, many publishers combined proofreading with editing, or cancelled professional proofreading department in the past years. As a result, the book quality declined. In thispaper, the author pointsoutthatproofreading isanindispensablestep in editingprocedure. Itisthe laststep to guarantee a book. Therefore, it is not only necessary but also urgent for a publisher to establish an independent proofreading department. |
