| Abstract: | The industry convergence leads to changes in the border, scope and content of the regulation in publishing industry. The government authority is also challenged. Our country should build overall publishing industry regulation system based on industry convergence, including identical regulation framework, dynamic regulation mechanism, and perfect the function of the existing regulation system. |
