| 摘 要： | 在产业融合过程中，出版业的盈利模式出现了单一化、线性化、边缘化和低增值化的缺陷。本文根据出版产业链在产业融合中的变化特征，提出产业链核心价值创新、产业链存量环节增值、产业链分拆与重构和产业链价值延展的盈利模式创新策略。

| Abstract: | The traditional profit pattern of the publishing industry takes on such defects as single,linear,ma-rginalization and low value-added.The author suggests that there should be a complete transformation in the profit pattern of publishing industry in the new converging environment,the transformation includes innovation of core value of industry chain,innovation of value chain stock,reconstruction of industrial chain and extension of the industrial chain. |
