科学发展视域下出版企业竞争力构建

摘    要:从国内国际两个视角,在考察我国出版企业面临的国际竞争形势和国内出版体制改革背景及出版强国建设目标要求的基础上,根据文化企业特征和我国出版产业发展现状,分析出版企业竞争力的内涵及其构成要素,按照社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求和科学发展的内在逻辑,提出新形势下我国出版企业竞争力构建主要途径和策略,旨在为出版社转企改革后增强竞争力提供参考借鉴,进而促进我国出版业科学发展,推进社会主义文化大发展大繁荣。

Construction of Publishing Venture Competitiveness in the View of Scientific Development

Abstract:The present paper deals with the strategies for sharpening the competitive edge of the publishing ventures which have evolved from the institutions affiliated to the departments of government on basis of the science-based development and the circumstances of both home and abroad.As the core of the publishing ventures,the competitive edge of the publishing ventures of China is relatively blunt compared with that of their counterparts of the developed countries at present because they have just broken away from their old operation system.It is necessary to improve our competitive edge both for the publication power construction and for the participation in the world market competition.The strategies and approaches are proposed to sharp the competitive edges of the publishing ventures following the analysis of the connotation and inscapes of competitive edge of publishing ventures so as to accelerate the development of publishing industry in China.
