| Abstract: | Open access publishing has become an important topic that has drawn with attention from international academic community,publishing industry and library science circle.Based on the discussion about traditional scientific information communication and utilization model,this paper explores the new model of scientific information com-munication and utilization which has been brought by open access publishing.It also analyzes impact of open access publishing on various participants of scientific information communication and utilization. |
