| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the feasibility of the establishment of mobile library in 3G environment and introduces the development of the domestic mobile library.Then it goes into the new services of library using 3G technology and mobile phone.At last it proposes problems and countermeasures in constructing the mobile library. |
