| 摘 要： | 论文从图书馆服务的普惠性、文献检索的不可替代性、馆员专业背景的局限性、读者需求的客观性及图书馆服务的现实需求等方面出发,对图书馆服务深度取向失效作了反思.指出图书馆服务的价值不在服务的深浅,而在服务的效用.强调图书馆要大力推进服务广度,要从读者需要和图书馆实际两个角度出发,扎实推进服务深度的理论研究和实践探索,促进图书馆事业健康发展.
