| 摘 要： | 论文通过对高校图书馆参与公共文化服务的社会需求状况的调查,结合高校图书馆的自身优势,提出了包括个性化公共文化服务、数字化公共文化服务在内的几种有效参与方式,同时指出高校图书馆在参与公共文化服务中需要处理好收费与公益性、服务师生与服务社会、信息共享与信息安全等几个关系。
