| 摘 要： | 论文阐述云计算技术对于图书馆联盟的价值在于:加强了共享理念和合作精神,降低图书馆联盟的成本,为图书馆联盟的发展提供更宽阔的合作平台和技术保障;提出云时代图书馆联盟的任务主要是:确立云计算图书馆架构体系和服务,搭建图书馆云计算平台,制定统一的云计算标准和提供云服务;提出云时代的图书馆联盟建设应注意信息资源的安全问题、数字资源版权问题以及协议和接口的问题。
