| 摘 要： | 城市公共图书馆应做好准确的服务定位,包括服务区域、服务内容、服务对象和服务形象。服务定位要尽量满足读者需求,突出特色和品牌,并具有短期稳定性和长期适应性。服务定位是一项实实在在的战略选择,必须有配套策略和保障措施来支持,一要与政府公共政策相一致,二要确立内部管理结构和业务流程,三要对区域内图书馆进行明确分工,四要树立营销观念。
