| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着馆际互借服务的不断拓展与延伸,物流与信息流不同步,不同体系图书馆间缺乏横向实质性联系,各图书馆标准化、自动化水平发展不平衡等问题都成为目前馆际互借发展的制约因素。为解决这些问题,既需要借鉴发达国家和地区的经验,也要兼顾我国馆际互借的发展状况与运行机制,因此提出网络环境下馆际互借全国分层分级管理模式以供业界同仁探讨。
