| 摘 要： | 论文从陕西省高校图书馆文献传递服务的现状出发,结合文献传递服务的功效,从推进管理体制建设、开发陕西省文献传递服务系统、打造区域特色的文献传递模式、实现资源整合开发与共享、加强文献传递版权保护、规范文献传递收费标准等几个方面构想了陕西省高校图书馆文献传递服务体系的建设与发展。
