| Abstract: | This paper explains the background, importance and duty of public lecture. By analysis of the hot issues in recent years, it expounds the dialectical relationship between the topic and social focus, and explores the wisdom in subject selection and planning of public lecture from 7 aspects, such as giving the correct guidance and leading the cultural vogue, enriching lecture content and creating own-brand, concerning to the current events and responding to the social concerns, enhancing the brand radiation and sharing the fruit of planning. |
