| 摘 要： | 隐性知识是改善人们知识结构并产生创新能力的关键。真人图书馆活动是传播隐性知识的良好平台。论文以真人图书馆活动为例,对构成知识转移绩效的传播主体、传播过程、传播结果等方面开展研究,认为传播者的意愿、能力是影响绩效的因素,引进有效的激励机制能更好的促进隐性知识的表达与分享。

| Abstract: | Tacit knowledge is the key to improve people＇s knowledge structure and innovative ability. The activity of human library is a good platform for the diffusion of tacit knowledge. Based on the human library as an example, this paper studies on the subject of propagation, procedure of propagation, results of propagation of the knowledge transfer performance, thinking that the wishes of disseminator and the ability are the factors that influence the performance, and the introduction of effective incentive mechanism can better promote the expression and sharing of the tacit knowledge. |
