| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the ten years' development of pablic prints, which including the Kuomintang pablic prints, Communist Party pablic prints along with privately run pablic prints, through the fail of the Great Revolution to"July Seventh Event" eruption, and points out the main distinguishing feature of this development phase of pablic prints. |
