| 摘 要： | 论文主要从法哲学与经济学的视角论述公共借阅权权利形态的合理性，首先对公共借阅权的概念进行阐释，然后分别从法哲学与经济学的视角运用财产劳动论和财产人格论以及公共产品理论论证了公共借阅权权利形态的合理性．经过论证，论文提出，公共借阅权的权利形态本身具有合理性，我们需要客观、全面地看待公共借阅权这一新生事物，避免一味地盲目肯定或否定。
