| 摘 要： | 针对文献载体和图书市场的变化给图书采购工作带来的巨大挑战，论文提出了一些具体的应对措施。包括：科学分配图书采购经费；加强对电子图书和声像资料的购买；拓宽采购渠道；利用网上购书加快图书采购速度；聘请专家参与图书采购工作；培训工作人员使用检索工具。

| Abstract: | Aiming at tremendous challenge, which brought by the changes of literature carrier and book marketplace, to the book acquisition, this paper proposes some concrete countermeasure, which including scientifically distributing the book purchasing outlay; strengthening the purchase to e-book and acoustic and image datum; widening purchasing channel; utilizing the online purchasing to speed up the book p .urchase; inviting specialist to have a hand in the book purchase; cultivating staff to employ the retrieval means. |
