| Abstract: | This paper describes the library development from the material gain to right,summarizes the results of re- search over the years,and expounds the relationship between library rights and the utilitarian,as well as some important points which are necessary to grasp in dealing with the relationship between them.It not only has very important signifi- cance for grasping the freedom spirit of the Library correctly,but also can help to clearing up the confusion of the narrow utilitarianism. |
