| 摘 要： | 知识共享许可协议作为开放存取运动的一种模式正在为人们所接受，但是在学术出版领域，出版商却凭籍数字技术加强了对学术资源的控制，为此国际知识共享组织成立Science Commons（SC）分支机构，以知识共享的方式采维护作者和读者的利益。论文详细介绍与科研人员学术发表相关的SC出版计划，以期更多的科研人员能够参与其中。

| Abstract: | In recent years,more and more peoples receive Science Commons as a model of the Open Access Publishing Movement,but scholar access to scholarly journal articles have been drastically increased due to publishers' adoption of digital technologies that restrict access to academic works.So Science Commons(SC) was launched as a part of Creative Commons Corporation in early 2005.This paper introduce SC for use it. |
