| 摘 要： | 版权保护是我国数字图书馆可持续发展中的一个根本问题。适当的版权保护，也是数字图书馆可持续发展的重要保证。本文分析了版权保护与数字图书馆可持续发展的相互关系以及数字图书馆可持续发展中面临的版权保护问题，并提出了促进数字图书馆可持续发展的版权保护途径。

| Abstract: | The copyright protection has become a basic problem of the sustainable development of digital library in China. Appropriate copyright protection is the important assurance of the sustainable development of digital library. This paper analyzes the relationship between the copyright protection and the sustainable development of digital library and the copyright protection problem that the sustainable development of the digital library faces. The ways of the copyright protection of sustainable development of digital library is proposed too. |
