| Abstract: | This paper first discusses the connotation, the elements and the practical significance of the regional security. On the basis of the discussion, it analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by the regional cooperative security,systematically expounds the guiding principles, the types of resources, the policy environment, the relationship between the rights and interests and the organizational management of the operation mechanism of the regional cooperative security. |
