| Abstract: | Aiming to the growing use of network technology,this article focuses on three questions-to develop reasonably all kinds of foreign periodicals and network resources;to realize foreign periodicals co-construction and sharing;to reinforce on further development aided by network and to provide all-round services for the users.The papers hopes to do a little try and exploration on the foreign periodi- cal development in the network age and cater for the needs of the readers. |
