| 摘 要： | 日本政府高度重视发展儿童阅读事业,中央由文部科学省主抓,地方上则由教育委员会主管,中央和地方在职责上各有不同。2001年,日本制定了《关于推进儿童读书活动的法律》。根据这部法律制定的基本计划是儿童阅读事业发展的政策纲领。日本中央和地方均要制定基本计划并定期更新。日本政府的重点举措包括建立政官民合作体制,推动家庭、公共图书馆和学校图书馆发展,设立基金会,开展调查研究和绩效评估等,促进了日本儿童阅读事业的发展。

| Abstract: | Japanese government attaches great importance to the development of children’s reading,whose central competent authority Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology and local competent authority is Education Board.The central and local governments have different responsibilities.In 2001,Japan enacted the Law on the Promotion of Reading Activities for Children.The basic plan developed under this law is the policy agenda for the development of children’s reading.Both Japan’s central and local governments have to develop basic plans and update them regularly.The governments’key initiatives include the establishment of a government-civilian cooperation system,the development of family,public libraries and school libraries,the establishment of foundation,research and performance evaluation.The development of children’s reading in Japan is well. |
