| 摘 要： | 近年来，Information Commons代表着图书馆发展的一种新潮流，而随之出现的如何更好地建设IC成为国内外图书馆界关心的焦点。论文以Web2．0的技术为桥梁，并结合Lib2．0与IC两者的共性，阐述了促进IC发展的重要因素——Lib2．0的技术。并着重阐述了搏客、Wiki、RSS技术在IC中的应用构想，使IC“以用户为中心”的思想表现得更淋漓尽致。
