摘    要:以“一键借阅·满城书香”行动为例,介绍了杭州图书馆提升公共图书馆服务效能的实践探索。服务效能提升行动立足“惠民”,从提升读者满意度、获得感角度出发,通过简化在线借还图书操作等五方面的措施,为读者打造了“快捷”“温馨”和“丰富”的阅读体验,从而激发读者的阅读兴趣,营造城市的阅读氛围。行动取得了良好的成效,其探索的经验对其他公共图书馆具有一定的启发和借鉴意义。

Abstract:Taking the action of“One-click Borrowing·Full of Book Fragrance in the City”as an example,the paper introduces the practice and exploration of Hangzhou Library to improve the service efficiency of public libraries.The service efficiency improvement action is based on“benefiting the people”.From the perspective of improving readers’satisfaction and sense of acquisition,it has created a“fast”,“warm”and“rich”reading experience for readers by five measures such as simplifying the operation of online borrowing and returning books,so as to stimulate readers’interest in reading and create a reading atmosphere in the city.The action has achieved good results,and its exploration experience has certain enlightenment and reference significance for other public libraries.
