| 摘 要： | 针对当前图书馆存在的管理理念落后、服务层次较低、信息服务效率和用户满意度不高等问题,将工业工程理念引入图书馆管理中,构建了图书馆精益管理的精益屋。并提出5S活动、5W1H技术、JIT、人因工程、标准化与持续改善等具体措施,实现对图书馆的精益管理策略,提高图书馆的运作效率和信息服务能力。

| Abstract: | In view of management problems in current libraries, such as management idea backward ; service level low; the information service efficiency and the user satisfaction not high, the paper introduces industrial engi- neering concepts into library management, constructs the lean house for library lean management. Some measure such as 5S activity, 5W1H technology, JIT, human factors engineering, standardization and the continuous improvement are put forwards, to realize the library lean management, which can improve the operational efficiency of the library and information service ability. |
