| 摘 要： | 现代信息技术的迅猛发展，给图书馆的规划、建设、资源储备、管理和功能定位等带来巨大冲击，如何以现代信息技术为平台，从转变服务理念和方式、加快队伍建设、提升规划布局水平、提高资源储备、充实服务内涵和质量等方面出发，加快现代信息技术与现代图书馆互动研究，充分释放图书馆能量，发挥其在保存人类文化遗产、开发信息资源、参与社会教育、丰富群众文化生活显得尤为紧迫。
