| 摘 要： | 以高校图书馆事实数据库为数据源，对2011年提供了有效人力资源数据的42所四川省高校图书馆的人力资本存量进行测量与分析。统计结果显示：四川省高校图书馆整体人力资本存量波动较大，专业型人力资本存量较为稳定，普通高校图书馆在人力资源规模和人力资源的质量方面均优于高职高专图书馆。

| Abstract: | The paper makes use of the data in China National Academic Library Facts Database and analyses the hu- man capital of 42 academic libraries in Sichuan Province. The results show that the comprehensive capital fluctuates and professional human capital is more stable. And the quality and quantity of human resources of ordinary academic libraires are better than that of vocational college libraies. |
