| 摘 要： | 国家图书馆、上海图书馆、南京图书馆为国内馆藏最多、影响最大的三大公共图书馆，发挥着举足轻重的作用，决定着中国图书馆事业前进的方向和速度。文章通过对三大馆进行比较研究，以南京图书馆为例提出了省级公共图书馆服务创新的思路。
