| Abstract: | The article analyzes the culture location and the development goals of the new Beichuan town,and it makes a brief introduction of the main forms of how the libraries implement their functions both at home and abroad.On that basis,the authors raise that Beichuan new library should be a center of document resources,public reading,social learning,cultural exchange and information service. |
