| 摘 要： | 西部大开发对于我国现代化建设具有重要的战略意义，也对我国图书馆事业的腾飞，尤其是西部图书馆的跨越式发展提供了机遇。如何抓住良机，促进发展?倡导东西部图书馆开展技术合作不失为良策。文章着重分析了东西部图书馆合作的必要性，并指出了合作的方式和注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Exploiting the west region has important strategic meaning for the Chinese modern construction, and it provides the development chance for the library course of China, especially for the libraries in the west region of China. How to grasp good chance and promote development, it is the correct policy that advocate the technique cooperation between the libraries of the east and west region. This paper analyses the necessity of cooperation, and points out the method of cooperation and attentive questions. |
