| Abstract: | This paper is designed to explore tactics for the construction of a regional library consortium in Sichuan.As the implementation of the national strategy for Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone,Sichuan′s pursuit for a faster development at a higher level and its strategy for a leapfrog development bring forth a brand-new requirement for the library services,the corresponding tactics the paper offers are that it is extremely urgent to innovate the service mechanism for sharing library resources and that the optimum co-operating mode under the network environment is to construct a regional library consortium. |
