| 摘 要： | 针对图书馆收费不合理问题已多次引起舆论关注的现状,分析指出图书馆对部分项目收费有其一定的合理性,图书馆的公益性不应被无限扩大或极端化,一味地强调图书馆应完全不收费是不现实的。

| Abstract: | This thesis is about the phenomenon of unreasonable charge of the library that arouses the public voice.The analysis shows that some of the charge is reasonable.The commonweal of the library should not be extend illimitably and extremeness.It is unpractical to emphasize free of charge blindly. |
