| 摘 要： | 针对网络环境下用户需求变化，从图书馆提供深层次服务的实际情况出发，提出了“以人为本”是图书馆的管理核心。为此，必须在图书馆管理中重视情感管理，加强图书馆队伍建设，并提出了具体的措施。

Therefore, the leaders of library would pay attention to the feeling of workers and enforce construction of rank in management. |
