| 摘 要： | 图书馆知识分为显性知识和隐性知识,图书馆的根本功能是实现知识的有效转移。显性知识转移是图书馆知识转移的主体,隐性知识的有效转移是促成知识创新,增强图书馆竞争力的重要途径,对显性知识的转移有很大的促进作用。不断优化馆藏,激发图书馆员创新的智慧和能力,加强信息教育和技术培训是提高图书馆知识转移的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Knowledge of library is divided into explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge,the realization of knowledge effectual transfer is the fundamental function of library.Explicit knowledge transfer acts as the main part of knowledge transfer,implicit knowledge transfer is an important channel that can facilitate knowledge innovation and can strengthen competition power of library,it also has the promoter action to explicit knowledge transfer.Continuously optimizing collection,arousing librarians＇ innovative wisdom and ability,reinforcing information education and technically training,these all can be efficient paths to increase knowledge transfer of Library. |
