图书馆泛在参考咨询服务探析

摘    要:图书馆用户泛在化,集中型参考咨询部门设置的缺陷是提出泛在参考咨询服务的缘由.图书馆泛在参考咨询服务呈现智能答疑、多中心的自然获取、任何人都能得到答案的特征,其内容框架设计为分层式和分布式参考咨询服务的复合.可从重组业务机构、提升馆员整体素养、积极运用新技术、加入联合参考咨询服务项目与构筑知识社区等途径优化图书馆泛在参考咨询服务.

Abstract:Ubiquitous Library users and the defects of setting centralized reference department are the causes of rai- sing ubiquitous reference service. Ubiquitous reference service of library presents three characteristics, which are intelligent question - answering, multicenter natural acquisition and getting the answer for anyone. Its content framework is designed as the compound reference service of hierarchical and distributed. The paper comes up with five ways to promote ubiquitous reference service, that are to restructure of business organizations, enhance librari- ans' literacy, actively use new technology, to join the joint reference service projects and build knowledge community.
