| Abstract: | Building a resource-sharing platform can save fund effectively,and avoid the blindness in investment and duplication of the projects.It provides a digital basis for both information resources integrating and sharing of the consortium of libraries in Jilin.This paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of the resource-sharing platform project from different perspectives. |
