| 摘 要： | 在对期刊跟踪著录和对新创刊期刊进行著录的过程中，以及通过对2000年以来出版的期刊的统计发现，在新经济、新文化理念的影响下，整个期刊业正在发生一系列重大变化，新一代期刊的出版呈现出诸多新特点。

In order to adapt social development and readers' demand, many new characteristics appeared in publishing of new generation periodicals. |
