| 摘 要： | 强化行业管理，提高图书馆绩效是我国图书馆事业管理体制改革的必然趋势。文章侧重于集群管理模式下图书馆体系服务绩效评估指标体系的研究，分析了建立图书馆体系评估指标体系的意义、国内外图书馆体系在评估指标体系方面的经验借鉴与思考等，最后提出了区域图书馆集群评估指标构建方法和体系模型，旨在从理论和实践层面上，给新形势下建立图书馆体系服务绩效评估指标体系提供理论和实践依据。

| Abstract: | To strengthen library industry management and improve the libraries＇ performance is the inevitable trend of library management system reform in our country. With focus on the research of service performance evaluation index system of library system under cluster management model, this paper analyzes the significance of establishing evaluation index system of library system, deliberates on experience reference of other domestic and overseas libraries on this aspect, lastly establishes regional library cluster assessment indicators building method, aiming at providing theoretical and practical basis of establishing evaluation index system of library system under the new situation. |
