国内图书馆微信公众平台服务现状研究

摘    要:通过调研国内图书馆微信公众平台服务开展情况,从信息推送频率、形式、内容、信息交互等方面进行调查,得出结论:图书馆利用微信开展服务还处于发展尝试阶段,仅仅只是停留在信息的发布和简单的馆藏资源查询等功能上,信息即时交互和个性化服务还没有得到有效的体现和利用。在此基础上提出未来图书馆在微信上开展信息服务,应关注营销模式、信息质量、读者管理、数据分析。

Abstract:This article analyses the library information service on Wechat public platform, including information push frequency, form, content, information interaction, and comes to conclusion that the library Wechat information service is still in the developing phase. Most of the libraries only consider Wechat as a tool of information dissemination and library resources retrieve. The interative and personal characteristic of Wechat isn' t paid enough attention to in library Wechat service. The author suggests that in the future the libraries which plan to service their readers on the Wechat should pay more attention to marketing mode, information quality, reader management and data analysis.
