| 摘 要： | 由于全球信息化进程的加快和科学技术的飞速发展,数字图书馆应运而生,因此需要图书馆引进或自建网络数据库系统,由此涉及到著作权问题。增强著作版权保护意识,已经摆在数据库使用者和数据库开发者面前。我国目前修改后的《著作权法》增加了"信息网络传播权"一款,给中国的数据库著作权的保护,提供了一定的法律依据。

| Abstract: | Owing to rapid development of the global information process and science & technology, the digital library emerges as the times require. It gives rise to the copyright problem for library introducing and constructing network data-base system. So the users and developers of data-base must understand the importance of strengthening copyright protection consciousness. In our country, the content about the right of information spreading is added into the modified law of copyright, and it provides relevant legal proof for data-base copyright protection. |
