| 摘 要： | 对存取和拥有两类文献信息资源的特征进行了分析,分剐就两类文献信息资源的采访提出了建设性意见和策略.正确处理好馆藏建设中这两类文献信息资源的关系是采访工作的核心内容与水平高低的标志和尺度.
