| 摘 要： | 用马克思主义辩证法和商品价值论对图书馆工作加以指导和应用以建立高校外刊订购工作运行机制。以读者第一为指导思想．期刊价值转化规律为理论基础,订购品种结构调整为重点,合理设计运行程序,发挥机制功能作用,有效解决出现的新问题。保持工作规范化和科学化状态,其目的是提高订购工作的效益,优化配置外刊资源,发挥其价值的最大效应性,开创高校外刊工作的新局面。

| Abstract: | Establish the operative mechanisms of foreign language periodicals ordering work at high schools with dialectical waterialism and Marr's theory of value. The reader first as directive idea,the law of value transformation as theoretic foundation, the structure readjustment of ordering scope as a key,designing operative procedure and playing role in me- chanical functions in order to solve the new problems and maintain status of normalization and science,this we can reach the goal of raising order efficiency,optimization of allocating resources and playing role in the best effect of value and op- enning up a new prospect. |
