| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆在高校知识管理中担当着知识主管的角色，图书馆实施知识管理的重点是实施面向用户的知识管理。借助良好的网络条件和资源优势，高校可以以班级、教研室、课题组为单位组建多个虚拟学习组织，图书馆为其提供知识交流、共享的资源和技术支持。
