| 摘 要： | 本文从大文件观产生的背景入手．指出了大、小文件概念与广义文件、狭义文件概念的设置标准．分析和揭示了中外广义文件概念的一致．尔后从“文档一体化管理”的呼唤和电子文件管理原则等方面．总结出：大文件观应是当代中国档案学的必然选择。

| Abstract: | Based on the creation background of big records concept, this paper points out the creation standard of big or small records concept and broad sense or narrow sense records concept, analyses and brings out no differences between Chinese and abroad broad sense records concept, then under the call of records and archives unified management or electronic records management principle and so on, we conclude that big records concept should be selected by contemporary Chinese archival science. |
