| 摘 要： | 制外档案资源是相对于体制内档案资源而提出的,是比民间档案、私人档案和社会档案资源等概念更具包容性和概括力的概念,反映了对我国传统档案管理体制和资源体系建设的时代性反思与建设性思考.体制外档案资源是对某一范围档案类别的整体性界定,重点关注大量处于社会分散状态的档案资源.

| Abstract: | Archives resources outside the system is relative to archives resources within the system.The concept is more inclusive and summarized than the folk archives,private archives and social archives resources,which reflects times reflection and constructive thinking about the traditional archives management system and resources construction system.Archives resources outside the system is an integrity of a range of archives categories,focusing on a large number of dispersed archives resources. |
