| 摘 要： | 本文通过问卷等方式,就公众对<政府信息公开条例>实施1周年来的认知现状展开调查,针对<条例>宣传不力、公众信息需求偏低、与相关法律冲突、内容缺乏细化等问题提出了加大宣传力度,提升公众认知,协调与相关法律关系,细化内容等对策.
