| 摘 要： | 全宗理论、全宗原则、全宗方法是三个不同的概念,三者应当各有各的确切定义.全宗理论是档案实体整理保管的基本指导思想.其实质是.在档案实体整理与保管领域充分尊重档案的自然形成规律,保持档案之间的有机联系,最大限度地维护档案资源的最佳存在环境.全宗方法基本思想是,档案实体的收集、整理与保管坚持以历史主义为主,实行历史主义与逻辑主义相结合的方法.
