| 摘 要： | 自2008年以来,档案事业从"国家模式"走向"社会模式"的趋势更加明显,维度更加多元。具体而言,档案治理理念的提出是档案事业从"国家模式"走向"社会模式"的重要标志;档案行政管理部门的职能调整从机制体制层面打通了档案事业从"国家模式"走向"社会模式"的路径;档案馆藏结构的多元化,为这一过程奠定了资源基础;档案工作的公众参与有利于实现公众诉求,是档案事业转向的重要体现;档案服务的社会化有利于充分发挥档案价值,是这一过程的又一力证。在档案事业转向的过程中,档案机构和档案工作者应主动顺应上述变化,在推动档案事业健康持续发展的同时,也实现自身的职业价值。

| Abstract: | Since 2008, the trend of archival undertaking from "national model" to "social model" is more obvious, and the dimension is more diversified. Specifically, the idea of archival governance is an important symbol of archival undertaking from "national model" to "social model";The function adjustment of archival administration department has opened the path of archival undertaking from "national mode" to "social mode" from mechanism and system level;The diversity of archival collection structure lays a resource foundation for this process;Public participation in archival work is conducive to the realization of public demands and is an important embodiment of the turn of archival undertaking;The socialization of archival service will give full play to the value of Archives and is another proof of this process. In the process of archival undertaking turning, archival institutions and archivists should take the initiative to adapt to the above changes, while promoting the healthy and sustainable development of archival undertaking, but also realize their own professional value. |
