| 摘 要： | 藏书建设是图书馆工作的重要组成部分。本文分析了影响藏书建设的各种因素，提出高校合并图书馆必须建立具有本校学科特色的文献资源体系。笔者从图书馆业务工作中采访、分编、排架、剔旧等方面入手，提出了改善藏书结构的对策。参考文献6。

| Abstract: | Book collection is an important - component in library work. This paper analyses various kinds of factors influencing the book construction and puts forward that the literature resource system that ours the subject characteristics of the college must be established in the amalgamated library. The author also puts forward the countermasures to improve the collection structure from the angles of the library operation such as acquisition, classification, shelving and weeding. 6 Refs. |
